Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering clinical services and individual psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to professional ethical standards.

• Developing and implementing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments.

• Regularly evaluating clients' progress and modifying treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Guiding clients in enhancing coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques.

You will primarily work with adults who face various mental health challenges that impede their ability to engage fully in their communities. Qualifications\n

To ensure you are well-prepared for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) as mandated by state regulations.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license and a record of providing direct clinical services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
