Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Guaranteed $500,000 annually
• Bonus: Uncapped productivity bonus ($84 per wRVU)
• Signing Bonus: $100,000 (divided over 2 years)
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks annually
• CME Allowance: $5,000/year

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-up care for adult patients
• Perform a broad range of procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, central line placement, and ventilator management
• Collaborate with hospitalist team and ICU staff for critical care needs
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records
• Participate in on-call rotation (details to be discussed)
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education

What You Need

Required:

• MD/DO with valid Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology
• Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
• Skills in pulmonary procedures and critical care medicine

Preferred:

• Experience with EBUS and robotic bronchoscopy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
