Location: Findlay, OH (1900 South Main Street)

Start Date: Immediate/As negotiated

End Date/Duration: Ongoing opportunities

Shift: Self-scheduling; 8-hour or 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule

Employment Type: W2/hospital-employed or 1099

License/Certs: Board Certified CRNA required

Experience: New grads and experienced providers welcome

Pay & Benefits

1099 Service Agreement:

• Base hourly rate: $190/hr
• Regional Blocks stipend: +$5/hr
• Pediatrics stipend: +$5/hr
• Total hourly basis: $200/hr
• Full-time (1712 hrs/year): Total compensation $325k-$345k

Hospital-Employed:

• Base salary: $238k-$260k (based on experience)
• Stipends (OB, Peds, Regional Blocks): $5k each
• 403(b) tax-deferred annuity (4% match, starting year 2): $8k
• Vacation: 8 weeks/320 hours
• CME allowance: $4k
• Signing bonus/studLoan support: $20k (over 5 years)
• Paid holidays + Birthday pay (6 holidays, 8 hrs each)
• Overtime & call back rate: $200/hr
• On-call rates: $250/night (Findlay & Bluffton); $1200/day weekends (Findlay)
• Vacation payout: 120 hrs at hourly rate

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and medical specialties
• Practice in outpatient and inpatient settings, including surgery centers and hospitals
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Manage regional blocks, pediatric cases, and general anesthesia
• Maintain and update clinical skills in a supportive environment
• Self-schedule shifts to suit your preferences
• Support a team of 7 physicians and 18 CRNAs, fostering a collaborative atmosphere

What You Need

• Board Certified CRNA
• Ohio license or eligible
• Experience or new grad with strong clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and professionalism
