Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to inform each client's unique treatment plan.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, as well as workshops aimed at continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest industry best practices.

• Contribute to program development by sharing insights that enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that reflects the unique demographics of the Rancho Cucamonga community. Your clients may include individuals struggling with mood disorders, trauma, stress-related conditions, relationship issues, and more. It is essential to approach each individual with sensitivity to their cultural backgrounds and specific life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, determined by your experience and the caseload you manage.
