Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our mental health programs:

• Deliver structured, evidence-based remote therapy sessions throughout an 8-week program, ensuring each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and document participant progress diligently, providing strategic follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations.
\n
• Engage actively as a member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients with navigating available mental health resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Identify and respond to high-risk situations involving participants, implementing safety protocols in line with company guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients.
\n
• Contribute to team cohesion by participating in scheduled supervision meetings, monthly collaborative team meetings, and organizational Town Halls to share insights and improve service delivery.

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Privacy and Security policies rigorously, completing annual training to stay compliant with our standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be engaging with a diverse client base, emphasizing actionable skills that foster healthy, sustainable habits. Our clientele may include individuals coping with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, allowing you to leverage your skills in various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent and reliable schedule for client sessions.
\n
• Clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy using evidence-based methodologies such as CBT and DBT.
\n
• A genuine passion for impacting lives positively and contributing to the transformation of behavioral health care.

• Adherence to the UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work.

• Successful completion of a drug test prior to employment, as we maintain a drug-free workplace.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers competitive compensation in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
