Accounts Payable Specialist

Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness Perform invoice matching and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place Manage manual payment processing and ensure accurate matching of payments Handle bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations across multiple accounts Allocate and split costs appropriately across intercompany transactions, ensuring proper coding and company alignment Maintain and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Work with multiple bank accounts on a daily basis, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting Qualifications 5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Experience working in a mid-sized company environment preferred Background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries is a plus Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Strong understanding of invoice matching, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience managing multiple bank accounts and high transaction volumes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and ability to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
