Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Evaluating the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients to identify challenges and formulate treatment plans.

• Staying compliant with program standards and regulations while obtaining pertinent data to support clinical interventions.

• Upholding agency and professional ethical standards while adhering to all policies and procedures.

• Collaborating with both outpatient and inpatient teams to perform triage evaluations and crisis interventions when necessary.

• Actively participating in program planning and discussions with the psychiatry team and relevant stakeholders to enhance therapeutic offerings.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical context, ideally within primary care or medical settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling.

High Point Family and Marriage Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, along with potential bonuses.
