This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in building our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and establishing the commercial foundation of the company. If you're a bold, entrepreneurial professional ready to make your mark in the security industry, we want to hear from you. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The annual compensation range listed represents estimated on-target earnings based on performance and is not a guaranteed salary. Earnings are generated through commissions on successfully secured and collected client contracts. Responsibilities: Lead and execute business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and government security sectors Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service offerings Represent Arcovia Security Group at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report business development performance to executive leadership Requirements: 2+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience, preferably in the security industry Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets Strong network within the security, law enforcement, or related industries is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred About Us: Arcovia Security Group Inc is a rising force in the security services industry, headquartered in Katy, TX, and committed to delivering reliable, professional protection solutions to our clients.
