Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients through video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adult clients who present with low-acuity mental health issues, ensuring a supportive environment for personal development and emotional healing. The pre-screening process ensures that you engage with clients who align with your expertise, allowing you to genuinely focus on their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Appropriate independent licensure, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy and comfort in utilizing digital tools for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position is competitive, offering a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
