Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism. Collaborate with a dedicated team of clinicians by engaging in case consultations and peer reviews, thereby enhancing the quality and efficacy of the care delivered. Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, equipping them with tools for coping and resilience. Stay informed on the latest research in mental health to integrate cutting-edge practices into your therapeutic approach. Patient Population / Client Focus We support a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Washington State. Strong skills in solution-focused interventions, critical thinking, and problem-solving to provide tailored, effective care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
