Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work schedule. As part of our innovative telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring that geographic barriers do not hinder access to quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine the mental health needs of your patients and create individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate open communication with healthcare teams, patients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and monitor each client's progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and provide a tentative schedule outlining your appointments, home visits, and other necessary observations while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Conduct home visits as needed for assessments and support, implementing strategic interventions to meet patients' needs in their living environments.
\n
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to collaborative treatment strategies.
\n
• Document and progress notes monthly and quarterly to track developments, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.
\n
• Develop and provide training sessions for staff to enhance competency in treatment methods and documentation requirements.
\n
• Provide follow-up support through interviews and additional home visits to ensure continuous care and address changing patient needs.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing the mental health challenges of adults and youth. Your expertise will be essential in areas such as family dynamics, trauma recovery, substance misuse, and relationship counseling. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a fast-paced mental health environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of telehealth best practices and technologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role, contributing to better patient engagement and satisfaction.
