Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand each patient's history and current challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, which account for their specific needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to deliver therapy in various formats such as individual, family, couples, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients in acute distress by utilizing clinical judgement and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, promoting awareness and management skills necessary for ongoing recovery.

• Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to coordinate holistic care for patients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes through standardized tools, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on assessment findings.

• Stay updated with current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your daily clinical practice.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and maintain confidential patient information as dictated by professional guidelines.

In your role, you will work with a diverse patient population including adults, families, and children who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a culturally diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
