Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a substantial impact in the lives of your clients. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, ensuring that our therapists can maintain a healthy work-life balance while being available to support clients during business hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Utilize clinical software and MS Office tools for documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with documented competencies in therapeutic techniques.

• Proficient in using clinical software and MS Office applications for documentation and communication purposes.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
