Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a strong, trusting rapport with patients to facilitate a beneficial therapeutic relationship.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Regularly meet with patients through virtual platforms to provide ongoing counseling sessions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and making necessary adjustments based on progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health challenges, employing techniques that inspire motivation and growth within clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 75,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
