Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to facilitate effective counseling.

• Conduct complete assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and backgrounds of clients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to encourage client engagement and progress.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and accountability.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, for comprehensive client care.

• Actively refer clients to other specialists when additional support is needed, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, families in crisis, and couples facing relationship challenges. You will address a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exhibit a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, including evidence-based practices relevant to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction counseling or treatment of dual diagnosis clients is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
