Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, with the exception of occasional visits to school facilities for in-person interaction with clients and staff. Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of students’ mental health, utilizing appropriate clinical tools and methodologies, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the individual needs of the students and their families.

  Continuously monitor patient progress through effective therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and reports while adhering to compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

  Facilitate open communication and collaboration between parents, educators, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

  Provide education and support to families about mental health strategies and coping mechanisms relevant to their children’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
