Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct structured therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Assess the psychosocial needs of clients through intake interviews, clinical assessments, and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving emotional and psychological health.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and more. Your approach will be client-centered, empowering individuals and families to set and achieve therapeutic goals that enhance their overall wellbeing. By utilizing your expertise, you will help clients not only address immediate concerns but also develop long-term coping strategies for sustainable mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York is mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective client interaction and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
