Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice located in Herndon, Virginia. In this pivotal role, you will partner with patients on their journey to restore mobility and enhance their overall physical function. We predominantly work with private medical insurance providers to ensure our patients receive quality care without barriers. Our team consists of highly trained professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and a skilled physical therapy assistant, all committed to advancing patient health and wellness.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in Herndon, Virginia, where you will be part of a collaborative team. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The clinic environment is supportive and focused on high-quality therapeutic interventions, making it an ideal setting for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs, goals, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Create and implement dynamic treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to orthopedic patients.
• Provide hands-on treatments and exercises, seeing an average of 2-3 patients per hour, while ensuring individualized attention.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to reduce reliance on medications and provide alternatives to surgery through effective physical therapy.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment process to optimize their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Document progress and treatment interventions accurately using EMR software such as WebPT to ensure high-quality patient records.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
• Regularly assess and communicate patient progress with both patients and team members to adjust care plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, athletes aiming to enhance performance, and patients needing rehabilitation for chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in assisting these clients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring each one is treated with compassion and customized care.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist License, free from any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and exercises tailored to patient needs.
• Experience using EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is required.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute tailored fitness and wellness programs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
