Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, which include reviewing health histories, performing assessments, and formulating individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Discuss evaluation outcomes with patients and their families, integrating their feedback into goal-setting for optimal recovery.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols in compliance with evolving healthcare practices and each patient's condition.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and refer for further medical or rehabilitation consultations as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries that reflect the patient's treatment journey.
• Demonstrate effective time management, meeting productivity expectations while maintaining an accurate schedule.
• Participate in departmental marketing initiatives aimed at raising awareness of our services within the community.
• Engage actively in continuous professional education for personal growth and organizational benefit, including serving as a clinical instructor for students.
• Promote a positive patient experience by being responsive to their needs and actively participating in community removal of barriers to access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
