Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, effectively gathering detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized and clinically appropriate treatment plans, clearly outlining goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to create and execute client-centered care strategies, ensuring continuity and quality in mental health services.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans tailored to clients in immediate need.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that address various mental health topics and provide resources for community engagement.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using agency-approved systems and software.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by various financial incentives, including a sign-on bonus.
