TBG is currently in need of a Nursery School Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the school. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing Department of Health (DOH) documentation, and supporting office functions while providing professional service to staff, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and file Department of Health (DOH) documents and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track and monitor required documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, copying, scanning, and distributing documents.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of school, student, and staff records.
  • Support school leadership with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced educational environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a school, childcare, or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of compliance-related recordkeeping and documentation procedures.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
