Secretary Position at Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living
Join our team as a Secretary. In this role the Secretary performs secretarial, receptionist, and clerical duties to support the nursing unit and/or assisted care or assisted living facility. This individual may also provide basic secretarial support to QCC.
This is a full time role - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $18/HR - $21/HR depending on experience.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Maintains charts in proper sequence and thins according to policy
- Obtains all pertinent information and appropriate paperwork for new admissions and prepares new medical charts.
- Schedules resident appointments in a timely manner
- Maintains nurses' station, including forms, files, drawers, and cabinets in an orderly fashion
- Maintains accurate records of residents' appointments and work orders
- Uses all equipment safely and correctly; reports malfunctioning equipment promptly
- Responsible for checking and straightening medical supply closet daily
- Answers phone promptly, courteously, and takes accurate phone messages
What You Will Need
- Demonstrated proficiency with current computer software applications required
- Health Care background / Medical Terminology preferred
