Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual meetings, identifying immediate needs and long-term therapeutic goals.

• Regularly check in with clients, utilizing motivational interviewing and supportive counseling techniques to encourage progress.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A bachelor’s or master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
