Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that capture the unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of each patient, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each format is appropriately designed to address the concerns at hand.

• Respond to mental health emergencies by offering immediate crisis intervention and support, employing calm and assured methods that prioritize patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment paths, and applicable community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their wellness journeys.

• Document patient interactions and clinical notes accurately and confidentially in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and corresponding evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally inclusive approaches tailored to diverse client needs.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, coupled with an ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with patients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications for effective service delivery and documentation.

• A commitment to ethical practice, including maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is set between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
