Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, leveraging evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions and develop tailored care plans that cater to individual needs.
• Apply various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, fostering a trusting environment that promotes healing and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring client confidentiality is upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular consultations to enhance the quality of services offered, sharing insights, and integrating diverse perspectives into therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory, reflecting your professional qualifications and commitment to practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
