Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Guiding Hands Healthcare Corporation, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and address clients’ mental health needs and establish a solid foundation for their care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual goals of clients, ensuring a path toward recovery.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing relevant therapeutic interventions that foster mental health progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver comprehensive and holistic client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are supported.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to legal and ethical standards, keeping comprehensive documentation of treatment plans and progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Guiding Hands Healthcare Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
