Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions via our advanced online platform, ensuring that clients receive individualized care tailored to their specific challenges.
• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique goals and backgrounds, considering psychological assessments and clinical history.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic techniques and approaches based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal standards, while prioritizing confidentiality and data protection.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, participating in case reviews and team meetings to provide comprehensive care solutions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring high standards in service delivery and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve encompass a diverse demographic, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. In this role, you will engage with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, tailoring your therapeutic approach to address each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.
• Strong capability in conducting individual therapy with a proven track record of successful treatment outcomes.
• Familiarity with using digital tools and platforms to enhance therapeutic processes and documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities, vital for building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to operate independently while engaging collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree, candidates with advanced degrees in counseling or psychology, along with a minimum of two years’ experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, will be given preference. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital mental health tools is also ideal.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
