Social Home and Wellness Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our remote team. Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexible scheduling while ensuring that you can meet the therapeutic needs of your clients. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, leveraging evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to establish personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the establishment of effective treatment methodologies for your clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining the highest professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, encouraging a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care delivered and share best practices within the team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current on the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your work will not only focus on individual therapy but will also encompass family support and community education to ensure a holistic approach to mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A demonstrated proficiency in applying solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, enabling you to address challenging situations efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches and understanding diverse cultural backgrounds to meet the varied needs of clients.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or clinic where collaborative team care is emphasized.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that support streamlined documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive compensation package with a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
