Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions through our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and effective environment for clients.
• Develop and tailor treatment plans that address the individual needs and goals of clients, adapting as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify therapeutic approaches based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards of mental health service delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong foundational knowledge in various therapeutic modalities and approaches, particularly in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience
