Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document in the medical record according to the resident care plan
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to the development and updates of individualized care plans
- Monitor residents’ conditions, implement interventions, and respond promptly to changes in status
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, wound care, and activity of daily living assistance as assigned
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and families, to coordinate care and communication
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York State
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting (preferred)
- Current ability to work night shifts and meet the 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to meet facility onboarding/screening requirements and pass standard background checks
