As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will engage directly with clients in a conducive environment dedicated to recovery and wellness. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Direct physical therapy treatment to prevent disabilities, alleviate pain, restore muscle function, and maintain maximum performance tailored to the client's capabilities.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants to ensure appropriate application of treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients using diagnostic and prognostic assessments to determine their functional abilities.
• Assess home environments and provide recommendations to enhance client independence through strategic adaptations.
• Deliver prescribed physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and the use of physical agents such as traction and massage.
• Fit and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices and collaborate with physicians on necessary modifications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to comprehensive care planning and patient treatment evaluations.
• Document clinical evaluations, care plans, and progress notes thoroughly for inclusion in the patient's clinical record.
• Educate clients and their families on the use of physical therapy tools and the intricacies of their therapy programs.
• Supervise and instruct Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards regarding patient care.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Compensation and Benefits
