Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse client caseload, developing strong therapeutic alliances while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, ensure stability, and schedule follow-up and discharge appointments as needed.

• Creating, implementing, and supervising individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment notes to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and determine appropriate levels of care.
\n
• Providing a specified number of individual therapy sessions each week, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Participating in continuous professional development and supervision collaborations with team members.

• Engaging with other healthcare providers and community resources to offer holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth and young adults facing various mental health challenges, as well as those struggling with substance abuse. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Counseling is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
