Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, identifying challenges and strengths that will inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique aspirations and psychological needs.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support, employing effective, compassionate techniques to manage acute situations.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while fostering confidentiality.

Qualifications\n
