Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, adapting your approach based on client needs and presenting issues.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices in documentation.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and discuss treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Cultural competence and a commitment to understanding diverse perspectives and experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings or similar environments.
