Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in delivering care. Therapists will engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a comfortable and accessible therapeutic environment. While the work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient and create tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate effective treatment for individuals and families.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions that promote community, recovery, and resilience among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrative treatment focusing on holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, helping clients navigate their distress and connect to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients about their mental health diagnoses, treatment pathways, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Keep precise and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

As a mental health counselor at Paragon Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing chronic mental health issues, couples in distress, and families seeking support in navigating challenging familial dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and to translate the results into actionable treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
