Work Environment\n

This role will be conducted entirely through telehealth, allowing flexibility for both therapists and patients. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the needs of clients. Being a remote work setting, team members are provided with the necessary tools to connect effectively with clients while maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring approaches are tailored to the specific cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders, coupled with experience in evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in providing therapy through inclusive, culturally responsive methodologies, particularly in individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
