Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, carefully considering any co-occurring medical conditions.

• Design and implement detailed treatment plans that address mental health disorders alongside medical issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices geared toward personal growth and healing.

• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, resulting in effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about the relationship between their mental health and physical health, empowering them to manage their overall well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case reviews, and care planning to facilitate collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals with diverse backgrounds who present complex mental health issues, often compounded by co-occurring medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience in treating individuals with complex mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
