Key Responsibilities

• Your primary task will be to provide comprehensive primary care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, assessing their health status and developing tailored treatment plans.

• You will assist in making appropriate referrals to specialists when additional care is needed, providing a seamless transition for the patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients experiencing cardiovascular issues, including but not limited to hypertension, coronary artery disease, and heart failure. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on Cardiology strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
