Verification of Benefits and Referral Coordinator

Resilient Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Verification of Benefits and Referral Coordinator to support our patient intake process. This role is responsible for verifying insurance benefits, processing referrals, and ensuring accurate documentation for patients entering our care programs. The coordinator will communicate with hospitals, clinicians, and payors to confirm eligibility and benefits, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to the care team. This is a part-time, in-office, hourly position, ideal for a self-starter, highly motivated critical thinker with strong organizational skills and experience in healthcare intake, referrals, or insurance verification.
