Fusion Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LPC, and LCSW professionals, to provide remote telehealth services. In this full-time role, you will contribute to transforming the lives of our patients by crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that address a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to substance abuse challenges.

Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our dedicated mental health team. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule; however, you will be expected to maintain regular office hours of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patient needs, develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, and set measurable goals for progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that empower patients to connect with others facing similar challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care, discussing treatment plans and updates.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources within the community to assure informed and engaged clients.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation according to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop effective, client-centered treatment plans.

• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy sessions with diverse populations.
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport with patients.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable using technology for telehealth consultations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fusion Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
