This position will be 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while still providing necessary support to our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Wellpath, you will:

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to determine their mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans that align with clients' goals and challenges.

• Engage in regular sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate their healing process.

• Provide clients with practical tools and strategies to cope with their challenges, enhancing their ability to manage their mental health.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this rewarding opportunity, you must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually. Additionally, new team members will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
