Strategic Oncology Account Director - Field-based

Responsibilities Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with C and D-suite decision makers across assigned community oncology accounts Serving as the primary GSK account lead and subject matter expert Advancing GSK brand objectives by enhancing awareness and removing patient access barriers to products Delivering compelling value propositions and engaging in fruitful virtual and live customer discussions Informing internal GSK colleagues with timely and accurate customer insights Representing GSK at educational and business conferences and ensuring a credible, reliable and professional image Requirements Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years of oncology sales, marketing and/or account management experience in the pharma industry Demonstrated knowledge of the economic framework of the oncology practice environment, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and coding and billing for IV therapies Experience supporting oncology pharmaceutical product launches and lifecycle management Prior experience managing sales teams or other first line leader experience (preferred) Experience supporting account-level contracting and pricing strategies (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
