Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a strong therapeutic alliance by building trust and providing compassionate support to clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to adjust treatment strategies as required.

• Refer clients to external specialists or supplementary services to enhance care and recovery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team objectives by completing related tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families affected by mental and behavioral health challenges. You will work with patients experiencing co-occurring disorders, substance abuse issues, and various psychological conditions. The emphasis is on delivering care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences, with a focus on fostering resilience and empowering clients through tailored approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Experience in treating clients with co-occurring disorders and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and couples.

• Strong knowledge of current practices, trends, and methodologies in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
