Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-caliber Bookkeeper to manage the daily financial workflows for 2 to 3 high-profile hospitality locations. While our client searches for a permanent addition to their team, this temporary role is critical to keeping the department's data flowing smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial workflows for 2–3 specific hospitality entities.
- Pull, analyze, and reconcile daily financial and sales data reports
- Assist with AP/AR tasks, ledger balancing, revenue tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial records and collaborate closely with the corporate finance team to ensure no disruption to daily workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks a must and advance MS Excel is required.
- Highly polished, professional demeanor with a sharp eye for numbers and data verification.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $34.00
