As an essential member of our children's services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to young children and their families. Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, offering flexibility while allowing you to participate in vital work impacting children’s lives. You will interact with families and team members virtually, ensuring quality care and thorough communication in your interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or developmental delays to understand their specific needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailored to support their child’s development.
\n
• Monitor and review progress as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that children receive the necessary resources for achieving developmental milestones.
\n
• Employ evidence-based practices while developing rapport with families, facilitating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
\n
• Administer coaching and strategies that follow the Natural Learning Environment Practices, enhancing learning opportunities for children within their daily routines.
\n
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to families to empower them in fostering their child's growth.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance while safeguarding the welfare of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges. You will work directly with these young clients and their families, providing essential services and interventions designed to foster skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. This role requires sensitivity and a deep commitment to meeting the specific needs of diverse families, ensuring tailored support is accessible to all.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
\n
• Adept at adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each child and their treatment plan.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, critical for balancing multiple client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience working with children in an early intervention setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
