Production Assembler

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Production Assembler to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, contributing to the efficient assembly of products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble and inspect products according to company standards and specifications. Ensure all components are accurately aligned and securely fastened. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies to supervisors. Assist in quality control checks and product testing as required. Requirements Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
