We design and manufacture premium home electronics products used around the world. We're looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Operations Coordinator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.


While some office or bookkeeping experience is preferred, this is not a senior-level position. We provide training and are looking for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team.


What You Can Expect

  • A predictable Monday-Friday schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM with no overtime requirements.
  • Quality over quotas. We care more about doing excellent work than rushing through tasks.
  • A supportive team of experienced, friendly coworkers.
  • Training and coaching to help you succeed.
  • This is an in-office position due to the collaborative nature of the work.
What You'll Do

  • Enter customer orders accurately into our systems and process credit card payments.
  • Compare purchase orders and invoices to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Coordinate outgoing product shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues.
  • Assist the department manager with bookkeeping, administrative projects, and facility-related tasks.
  • Help keep daily office operations organized and running efficiently.

  • Enjoys staying organized and keeping track of details.
  • Takes pride in accurate, high-quality work.
  • Communicates well and enjoys working with a friendly team.
  • Has experience in an office, bookkeeping, or administrative support role.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple priorities when needed.
  • Has experience using QuickBooks or another accounting software platform.
  • Enjoys learning and finding solutions when challenges arise.
  • Wants to become a dependable, long-term member of our team.
Compensation


Salary: $48,000 per year (approximately $23.00 per hour)
Job Type: Full-time
