Employment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator for our client in the Deer Valley area. Our client is a growing U.S. manufacturer of premium motorized home automation products and is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to support daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and credit card payments.
  • Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate product shipments and assist with shipping issues.
  • Provide bookkeeping and administrative support.
  • Help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative, office support, bookkeeping, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Huors Monday through Friday 7am to 4pmPay $23 per hour
