Employment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator for our client in the Deer Valley area. Our client is a growing U.S. manufacturer of premium motorized home automation products and is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to support daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders and credit card payments.
- Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate product shipments and assist with shipping issues.
- Provide bookkeeping and administrative support.
- Help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Experience in an administrative, office support, bookkeeping, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
