Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care setting, understanding their individual needs, limitations, and recovery objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including targeted exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and technology-assisted therapies to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, providing clear and timely updates on their recovery trajectories and modifying treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage patients and their families in educational sessions about therapy objectives, home exercise programs, and the use of assistive devices to support ongoing recovery.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship with patients and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and skills through participation in professional development opportunities, workshops, and networking initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
