Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental and emotional health, understanding their unique histories, challenges, and motivations for seeking help.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for patients to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and addiction specialists, to create an integrated approach to treatment that addresses both mental health and substance use issues.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) effectively to manage patient information, track progress, and ensure coordination of care across services.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, helping patients navigate acute distress and emergencies while promoting safety and recovery.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss challenges, share insights, and promote continuous improvement in treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals in recovery from substance use disorders who may also be experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. By providing compassionate and effective treatment, you will help these patients regain control of their lives and work towards meaningful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patient populations.

• A demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving, particularly in high-stress or complex scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
